The building industry watchdog is taking legal action against two building union officials for allegedly taking possession of a tower crane on the Royal Children’s Hospital construction project in Melbourne. Construction Forestry Mining and Energy Union officials Noel Washington and Matthew Hudson entered the project site in May 2008 and proceeded to the crane, according to the Australian Building and Construction Commission.
