The crane a three axle truck mount, owned by locally based RH Marlin, was set up in the gravel garden to the rear of the Rathskeller restaurant at the Athenaeum building in the 400 block of East Michigan street. Southeastside-based R.H. Marlin Inc. has a history of violations, since 2001 eight safety and operation citations in the past decade, according to the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration. which sent investigators to the building this afternoon.
