OTTAWA — A Brockville man is dead after the boom of a crane he was helping to operate touched a live electrical wire Wednesday, OPP Const. Mike Cholette said.
Jamie Lascelle, 32, was working at about 1 p.m. with the rest of his crew at Jonas Street and Oakel Street in Lyndhurst when the incident occured.
