SEATTLE – They’ve had two years to comply with new construction crane safety laws, but 90 percent of the estimated 7,000 cranes in this state are not certified and owners now have less than two days to get it done. State Labor and Industry Safety Inspectors say they will start making visits next week to construction sites with non-certified cranes
