Bigfoot Crane Co. Acquires Eagle West Cranes & Equipment
Bigfoot Crane Company Inc., Abbotsford, British Columbia, reports it has acquired Eagle West Cranes & Equipment Inc. This is a separate company and acquisition from East West Truck & Crane Inc., which was purchased by TNT Crane & Rigging in August.
The owner of a property development company could face over six years in prison and a $1 million fine after an employee was killed while using a boom lift to trim trees last year. The company was already fined almost $92,000 in April.
TNT Crane & Rigging has agreed the acquisition of Stampede Crane & Rigging, Eagle West Truck & Crane, Eagle West Precast and certain assets of J&B Trucking. The transaction is expected to close next month.
