A group from McNally Crane Hire/Windhoist in Ireland is participating in today’s 10km obstacle course called ‘Hell & Back’ in aid of charity.
Declan Corrigan along with Kevin, Shane, Gavin, Damien and Ger Cassidy have agreed to compete in what is claimed to be one of the toughest 10km courses in the world. Set up in Ireland’s Wicklow mountains it includes rivers crossings, bogs, and military type obstacles. Click here to see a video of the event
The charity is the Irish Pilgrim Trust which organises annual trips to Lourdes for children and young adults for a week’s stay at the famous healing shrine.

Corrigan said: “This year is special for us, with Gerard Connolly joining us, having driven cranes for McNally’s for several years, he took an extended leave of absence to tour Australia. But was attacked whilst asleep in his camper van and was rendered quadriplegic from his injuries.”
